Shipping and returns

  • PREORDER/ON DEMAND/MADE TO ORDER Products may take some time to be produced and shipped, pls be patient. As soon as they are shipped you will get a message.

  • For customers outside of the EU: Items may be subject to local import duties or customs fees, which are not included at checkout.

  • US CUSTOMERS: pls inform yourself about actual import duties or custom fees concerning the chosen product (Books are duty and customfree)

  • BRASILIAN CUSTOMERS: pls make sure you send your BR ID number (CPF Number). Without this number your shipment may be non deliverable. If your package is stopped by customs department, pls contact them.

  • Please track your package with the trackingnumber. As soon as we have handed your order over to the shipping provider, you will receive an email from us informing you that your shipment is now on its way. Please note that the package tracking may not yet show the current status when you receive the shipping confirmation email. This can take up to 24 hours.

  • If your order was shipped with austrian post pls also track the trackingnumber with your local postal service!

  • we only ship with emailadress or phone number

  • No the shipping company is not always leaving a notice at your door in case of non deliverability, you get information with mail or by text message on your phone, if you don't get a message pls check Trackingservice, if sent with austrian post pls use the same trackingnumber with your local post service!

  • make sure to check your spam folder

  • returns have to be paid by the customer, as well as new shipping

  • NO RETURNS FOR PRINT ON DEMAND, PREORDER/MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS: The right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of goods that are manufactured according to the buyer's specifications or printed specifically for them (PRINT ON DEMAND, PRE-ORDER) or are clearly tailored to their personal needs, and/or that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene.

our return philosophy

For us, sustainability comes first. We are aware that returns cause significant CO₂ emissions and are therefore not sustainable. That’s why we strive to keep the number of returns as low as possible.

Since we produce our products on-demand, each order is unique and specially crafted for our customers. For this reason, we generally cannot accept returns. In doing so, we not only ensure the highest quality but also a responsible use of resources.

Damaged or wrong products

For damaged products, images of the damaged item, along with a description and the order number, must be sent to us via email. Additionally, damaged products must be reported within one week. Pls send to info@leftkiss.com

Non acceptance

If a package is returned due to non-acceptance, customers must pay the return costs for the packages. shipping costs + 25%.
